This series was born from a failed commission for album art work the story of well over six months work for a unknown band at the time upon which they decided it would be cheaper for them to produce there own art work of that inferior work to put it mildly but that’s just my opinion valid opinion but still mine.

Dark Earth the conception was on the 13/02/2008 from a very nice walk around Aberporth a small village in west Wales where i lived for nine years and there was always subjects for my photography and the series was born. Dark Earth following with Dark Earth Road and Dark Earth Shimmer with now the end of the series Passing of Dark Earth that was inspired from a visit to Canada Arden Ontario the end of the dark path that was walked regarding this commission.
